Ensuring the utmost security of every shipment is Eurolinea’s key objective. An integrated system constantly monitors the location of all vehicles, and displays the location for trained staff, for comprehensive 24/7 monitoring. A specialized security company provides these services, which ensure maximum coverage even during the hours when Eurolinea’s offices are closed. The same company is also responsible for immediate intervention in the event of mechanical breakdown of a vehicle or refrigeration plant, directing the driver to the nearest Gold Europe service facility, a Eurolinea partner with locations throughout Europe.
The control system has a direct line to authorities for notification of any risk event (such as attempted theft or any irregularity) guaranteeing immediate action to ensure the safety of the driver, as well as the vehicle and its load.

All vehicles are specially equipped with push-button alarm devices to minimize risk as much as possible, at refueling stops or unauthorized opening of doors, sending a warning to the control center. All information for drivers is provided in writing, via onboard computer, to avoid interception and misunderstandings.
